Jennifer Gargano, M.D. Pain Management PLLC's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care for patients suffering from chronic pain. Dr. Gargano specializes in treatment of spinal pain disorders, including low back pain and neck pain. She is trained in comprehensive management of chronic pain, and specializes in interventional pain management techniques.
Dr. Gargano earned her medical degree at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed a Residency in Anesthesiology and Fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Patients come to see her from across Rochester and the Finger Lakes area. She is affiliated with Rochester Regional Health System, Thompson Health System, and Brighton Surgical Center.
